Nodame Cantabile Volume 19 was released almost two months ago on November 13, but the heavily watched Nodame Cantabile in Europe television special boosted this manga volume back onto the charts. (Volume 19 was also the top-selling manga during its first week of sales in November.) The two-part television special scored a 20.3% averaage household rating on January 5 and a 21.0% rating on January 6. That made those two showings the highest rated drama episodes of the week.
