Anime produced by Space Shower TV music channel about boy's first love
The official Japanese website of the Kaede Newtown animated movie has posted its theatrical trailer in mpg and wmv formats on December 23. Music video director and illustrator Naoto Iwakiri wrote and directed this story about the first love of a fifth-grade boy living in a "new town" neighborhood of Osaka, Japan.
Japan's first music television channel, Space Shower TV, produced this project with theme songs from the Japanese pop artists The Aprils and Tomovsky. The movie began its limited theatrical engagement on December 8 in Tokyo, and it just started screening in its real-live setting of Osaka on December 22.
