Canada's YTV, Teletoon, Space Channels Adds Anime

The Canadian channel YTV is bringing back Anime-nia, its New Year's Eve marathon of anime programming, for the last day of 2007. The marathon will last from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following morning, and will repeat the Fullmetal Alchemist movie during the marathon. Canada's Teletoon channel will show four different feature-length anime titles: Akira on January 4 and 5, Appleseed on January 11 and 12, Armitage III: Poly-Matrix on January 18, and Armitage: Dual-Matrix in the following week. Space channel will be showing the Robotech adaptation of three different anime series every weekday starting on January 7.
