Japanese Comic Ranking, June 5–June 11

Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto Volume 38 and Kubotite's Bleach Volume 28 arrived too late to take the number one spot from Naoki Urasawa's 21st Century Boys Part I last week, but they place one-two in the latest weekly bestselling manga chart in Japan. In fact, eight of the top ten titles are from Shuiesha in the first full week of that publisher's June manga rollout. The anticipation for next week's finale to the live-action Liar Game television drama propelled the first volume of Shinobu Kaitani's original manga to #9—almost two years after it was originally released.
