Koko Tekken-den TOUGH Licensed?

TRSI has a listing for a manga called "Tough," from Viz, a product that Viz has not yet publicized in any manner. Young Jump magazine currently serializes a manga called Kōkō Tekken-den Tough, by Tetsuya Saruwatari, but it isn't clear at this time if Viz's Tough is Kōkō Tekken-den Tough. CPM has licensed and is releasing the anime adaptation of Kōkō Tekken-den Tough under the name "Shootfighter Tekken."
