Shonen Jump #1 Contents
posted on by Christopher Macdonald
Following Newtype USA's release of their table of contents yesterday, Shonen Jump has followed suite today with a look at Shonen Jump #1
Excerpts from Shonen Jump Mailing regarding the contents of Shonen Jump #1:
- Akira Toriyama, the masterful artist behind Dragon Ball Z and Sand Land, will be interviewed in-depth for Issue One! We searched through all YOUR letters over the years to come up with the most interesting interrogatives. Check this six page interview out to finally get the answer to your most burning questions - including the definitive answer on Pu'ar's gender!
- As mentioned previously, each copy of Issue One will contain an ultra-rare Yu-Gi-Oh! collectible game card. Don't miss out on this card, available exclusively in Shonen Jump Issue One!
- After much work trying to fit so many manga titles into a mere 250 pages, we had to give up. The upshot is, we added an extra 38 pages, for a grand total of 288!
- Unfortunately, there still wasn't enough room for Naruto and Shaman King to make it into Issue One. Naruto will begin from Issue Two on, with Shaman King making an entrance in Issue Three. Expect the action and the page counts to increase correspondingly in each of these issues!
