Good Smile Company Unveils Life-Size Touken Ranbu Figure

This year's summer Wonder Festival event debuted all the latest and greatest toys and figures heading to the Japanese market, from virtual YouTubers to life-size characters.

Figure maker Good Smile Company's Orange Rouge line revealed its 1/1-scale version of Touken Ranbu's Mikazuki Munechika at the event. The figure will be available in limited quantities for a whopping 3 million yen (US$27,000). Pre-orders will open soon.

Life-size figures usually carry a heavy price tag, but that hasn't stopped people like collector Youtsuki from adding multiple to his collection. Company FigureX specializes in life-size figures and put on an exhibition of its creations in July.
