Dr. Stone Popularity Poll Picks Senku as King

Riichirou Inagaki and Boichi's Dr. Stone manga takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where most of mankind was transformed into stone statues. High school boys Taiju and Senku awaken from petrification and decide to get world up and operating again by using science. Weekly Shonen Jump held a poll to find out which characters readers like the most and published the result in this week's issue.

The #1 choice according to readers in Japan is protagonist Senku with 3,518 votes. Coming in second is Kohaku, a girl born post-apocalypse and an agile fighter. Third place was won by Gen Asagiri, a famous magician that eventually joins Senku. The rest of the choices are:
