Sailor Moon Gets Eye Drop Line in June

The Rohto Lycée brand of eye drops will begin offering special Sailor Moon items at pharmacies and drug stores throughout Japan on June 22. The products will only be available in limited quantities.
The lineup includes Rohto Lycée b and Rohto Lycée Contact w in heart-shaped containers and Rohto Lycée blanc in a Crystal Star Compact-shaped case. All of the items come in special Sailor Moon packaging.
The collaboration also includes a partnership with the Rohto C³ brand of products for use with contact lenses. The Rohto C³ m, Rohto C³ Ice, and Rohto C³ Ice Cool products will be available in containers that feature Sailor Moon's transformation items.
The products range in price from 550 yen (about US$5) to 1,200 yen (about US$11), and they will be available for pre-order beginning on Friday.
Rohto Pharmaceutical collaborated with Hatsune Miku in 2014, and Santen Pharmaceutical has also run One Piece and Evangelion promotions. Santen Pharmaceutical also created a web anime series about eye drops.
