Final Fantasy XV's Windows Version Gets Outfits from The Sims 4, Half-Life

posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins

Final Fantasy XV's run isn't over yet, as game director Hajime Tabata stated last last month that the game is getting four new DLC episodes in 2018 and 2019.

But before that, the game's Windows Edition is launching on March 6. And following on the heels of other collaborations such as the Cup Noodle headgear and Assassin's Creed outfit, those who purchase the Windows Edition before May 1 on Origin will get a Llama Suit and Plumbob outfit from The Sims 4.

Those who purchase the game on Steam before May 1 will get Gordon Freeman's suit from Half-Life.

The costumes can be used in both the single-player campaign and in the game's "Comrades" multiplayer expansion.

The game is getting a Royal Edition for the PS4 and Xbox One on March 6. The new release will include the previously released Season Pass DLC, as well as other features.

Final Fantasy XV went on sale worldwide for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November 2016. The game's Pocket Edition for iOS and Android launched on February 9. Tabata said last the month that the game has a combined physical shipment plus download sales of "about 7 million" copies. He added that he hopes the game's Windows Edition sells 2 million copies, and Square Enix aims to have a combined physical shipment and download sales of 10 million.
