Giant Kirby Plush Comes with His Own Tasty Treats

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Anime News Network's merchandise coverage sponsored by Tokyo Otaku Mode.

We've seen Kirby small enough to put in a jar but this might be the biggest commercially available Kirby yet. The plush is so large, Premium Bandai is even sending his own food with him in case he needs a snack.

The "Manpuku Kirby & Manjū Set" ships one 60cm tall (about 23.5in) Kirby with a six pack of manjū (a dessert made of sticky rice flour and filled with red bean paste). The manjū mirror the stuffed Kirby's snack, a Maxim Tomato.

The giant Kirby is a little too big to fully embrace, but his soft and squishy exterior are plenty inviting. He also makes a great pillow or seat saver.

This big boy comes at a high price: 15,400 yen (US$143). Premium Bandai will ship out orders in June.
