Model Designs Ranma 1/2 Merch Inspired by Ranma, Shampoo

Super Groupies, an online retailer specializing in apparel and accessories inspired by anime and games, revealed its newest Ranma 1/2 merchandise on Friday. The items are a collaboration between the manga and model Ren Koseki.
Koseki is a fan of Rumiko Takahashi's manga, and she designed the items. She also modeled the clothes and accessories for the collaboration's official photographs. The merchandise includes backpacks, New Era hats, tetra pouches, and loungewear inspired by Ranma and Shampoo.
Each item is available in two varieties. The backpacks cost 11,664 yen (about US$100), the hats cost 7,344 yen (US$65), the pouches cost 5,184 yen (US$46), and the loungewear costs 13,824 yen (US$120).
The pre-order period began on Friday and runs until December 3. Orders are slated to ship in February or March.
Other parts of the 30th anniversary celebration for Rumiko Takahashi's Ranma 1/2 manga include a cafe and stamps.
