Sadako & Kayako's Next Collaboration is Spooky-Cute Hello Kitty

The ghoulish stars of Sadako vs. Kayako have gone horseback riding and stumping to promote their film's release on June 18. The duo's next collaboration is with Sanrio's Hello Kitty, a mascot all-too-familiar with crossovers of every stripe.

The merchandise, which features a long-haired Hello Kitty climbing out of a well and her twin sister Mimmy as Kayako, launches on the same day as the film. Items include a notepad, clear file, sports towel, ballpoint pen, mini tote bag, postcard set, and keychain. Sanrio's Puroland theme park will also give away limited quantities of tie-in goods starting on June 4.
