Ace of Diamond Mizuno Sports Glasses Sell Out in 15 Minutes

Sportswear and sporting equipment company Mizuno started accepting pre-orders today for official Ace of Diamond sports glasses, modeled after those worn by catcher and captain Miyuki Kazuya. Each pair retailed for 7,600 yen (about US$63.80) before tax, with an estimated delivery date of late April.

Soon after the reservation period opened, they Tweeted that the glasses had sold out in just 15 minutes. Those who missed out may have another shot at the glasses, though—Mizuno added that they received many requests for resale, and will offer two more reservation periods, with delivery scheduled for the summer. More details will be announced next week.
