Spanish Short Film Adaptation of Naoki Urasawa's Mighty Boy Available Online

From now until November 4, viewers around the world can watch the live-action Spanish adaptation of Naoki Urasawa's Mighty Boy, subtitled in both Japanese and English. Directed by Javier Yáñez, the short film seeked crowdfunding in 2012, and is now streaming as part of the fifth Iberoamerican Short Film Festival ABC.

The script, written by Miguel Morán, was approved by Naoki Urasawa, and has the support of the original publisher, Shogakukan, Inc. The story follows a college student who works as an extra on a sentai TV series, who comes to realize the positive impact that his work has on young fans.
