GTO Actress is Shonen Jump Editor for a Day

Tsubasa Honda, fashion model and actress in the live-action version of GTO, is also a big manga buff. Happily, she was able to fulfill one of her dreams and become an editor at Weekly Shonen Jump!
... Well, according to the June issue of non-no, a women's fashion magazine, anyway. In a segment titled "What If Tsubasa Was the New Manga Editor at Weekly Shonen Jump? Fashion Show 14 Days," Honda modeled outfits appropriate for 14 days' worth of work as a Shonen Jump editor. She was also able to sit down with Yūsei Matsui, creator of the highly popular Shonen Jump manga series Assassination Classroom, for an extended conversation. Honda says she had "a lot to ask" and learned some interesting behind-the-scenes tidbits from the artist, such as that Koro-sensei is his alter ego.
All in all, Honda was very satisfied with the project, which was her own idea, and pronounced the day "wonderful." The issue including her photo shoot will hit magazine racks on April 19.
