10th Anniversary Commemorative Fate Artbook Available As Lottery Prize
posted on by Chris Nishijima
10 years ago, the first edition of the critically acclaimed visual novel Fate/stay night was released for the PC. Since then it has taken the world by storm, getting numerous remakes, an anime adaptation, and several spin-offs, including the prequel light novel and anime Fate/Zero. To celebrate 10 years of battling for the Holy Grail, Ichiban Kuji has teamed up with series developers Type-Moon to bring you a chance to win several prizes.
The headliner prize of the campaign is the Fate/flower shower commemorative art book. This 64 page collects a multitude of original illustrations based on the Fate series from popular artists, including Tomoe Sasamori, Beruno Mikawa, Kotetsu Yamanaka, and artists from ufotable and Lerche. The artists were tasked with the prompt of drawing illustrations based off of "flower words." Thus, each picture in the book features a character from the Fate series with the flower whose look and meaning match them.
In addition to the "S Prize" of the special art book, several other prizes are up for grabs in the lottery:
For anybody that does not win one of the main prizes, there is also the possibility of getting the special campaign artbook as a "Double Chance" prize. You can enter the lottery by purchasing a ticket for 600 yen at Gamers! of Akihabara, as well as participation bookstores, hobby shops, game centers, and Tsutaya video rental stores.
