Pokémon's Original Designer To Release 1st Art Book

Pokémon's fans, rejoice! Ken Sugimori, the original character designer behind the successful Pokémon video game franchise, will finally release his first ever art book on May 27.
The Ken Sugimori Works art book collects his work over the last 25 years, including character designs, illustrations, and comics. The book collects works from Pokémon, Quinty (known in North America as Mendel Palace), and Jerry Boy (known in North America as SMART BALL). Sugimori has worked on the Pokémon franchise since it debuted with Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue in 1996.
