Lawson Announces Winner of Love Live! Image Girl Contest

Although Nico Yazawa was ahead in the midway poll results for LAWSON's Love Live! Image Girl contest, she was defeated by the final winner—Umi Sonoda.

Sonoda was previously in second place, but a last minute surge of votes pushed her to the top. As LAWSON's Image Girl, she'll appear on the stores' register screens as the spokesmodel.

The second season of Love Live! School idol project is already airing in Japan; the series is also being streamed on Crunchyroll.
