Hello Kitty Gets Tasty With Limited-Edition Sushi

The Sazae Shokuhin food company is prepping for Hello Kitty's 40th birthday with a tasty surprise. The Hokkaido-based company is selling inarizushi, a sushi comprised of a fried bean curd pouch stuffed with rice, with Sanrio's mascot on the front. The sushi mimics Hello Kitty's face down to her iconic hair accessory.
The sushi went on sale on November 1 and is only available in Sazae Shops in Hokkaido.
