posted on by Sarah Nelkin
This past weekend marked the last few days of the Madoka Magica exhibit in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo. It will travel to Sapporo next, where it will make its last stop. The exhibit featured artwork from the anime franchise Puella Magi Madoka Magica, including reproductions of artwork from the first two movies, and memorabilia related to the films, including foreign-release movie posters and promo merchandise. The exhibit also featured a 2 meter-tall (6.5 ft.) figure of Ultimate Madoka.
The exhibition is a continuation of events held last year in celebration of the release of the first two Puella Magi Madoka Magica films, Beginnings and Eternal. The third movie, Rebellion, was released in theaters October 26.
Ticketing and event info can be found at the official event website.
