Voice Actresses Form Virtual Cosplay Idol Group "Smile Shooter"

Voice actresses Kei Shindō (Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, Ikki Tousen, Gundam 00), Satomi Akesaka (Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream, Coppelion), and Hiromi Igarashi (Dog & Scissors, Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father!) released a new song as their virtual idol counterparts, Smile Shooter. The latest music video "Romantic Ageru yo" ties in with the group's CD release and "trip" to Hawaii.
The group launched in 2010 and stars six voice actresses, each with their own virtual idol counter part. The idols work under the "Soundhopper" label.

The project's latest single includes the tracks "Everybody! Let's Go" and "Tatakae Otome no Smile Cats." The group has released three music albums, two drama CDs, and a PC game. The group's not quite as accomplished as the virtual Love Live! girls, but more cute videos couldn't hurt.
