Madoka Magica Gets Tie-In Popcorn, Drinks

Five popcorn flavors and three witch drinks to be served in theaters in Japan
Japan's T-Joy theaters will offer limited edition popcorn bags and flavors to celebrate the opening of Madoka Magica The Movie -Rebellion- on October 26. The bags feature all five of the original magical girls, plus the newly introduced Nagisa Momoe. Movie goers will also get a matching sticker and soft drink.
The flavor list is:
Madoka Kaname is strawberry-flavored
Homura Akemi is black pepper-flavored
Mami Tomoe is caramel-flavored
Kyoko Sakura is chocolate-flavored
Sayaka Miki is salty seaweed-flavored
Nagisa Momoe is cheese-flavored
The theaters will also offer three original "witch drinks" and soul gem coasters. The drinks are based off the Walpurgis Night witch, Charlotte (the dessert witch), and Oktavia (mermaid witch).
The Walpurgis witch drink is a Cherry Coke with extra carbonation, the Charlotte drink is a mixture of milk and strawberry syrup, and the Oktavia drink mixes grapefruit juice and Blue Curacao syrup.
You'll be able to see the third Madoka Magica movie for yourself when Aniplex USA brings it stateside this winter. No word if we'll get the seaweed popcorn, though.
