Party Down With Pokemon in New York City

Costumed Pikachu, gaming kiosks, and more planned for Pokémon X & Y launch party
Nintendo World in the Rockefeller Center in New York City will hold a Pokémon X & Y launch party to celebrate the 3DS game installment. Lucky attendees will get to be the first to purchase Pokémon X and Pokémon Y while enjoying Pokémon-centric activities like a costume contest, trivia, a booth for temporary tattoos, a game lounge with Pokémon X & Y kiosks, and a guest appearance by Pikachu himself. A limited number of prizes will be available, too!
The party will take place on October 11 from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Those who can't attend the party can still pick up a copy of either game on October 12.
