Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: ASB PS3 Game's 7th Promo Video Streamed

Namco Bandai Games began streaming the seventh promotional video for its upcoming JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle fighting game for the PlayStation 3. The video introduces the following characters who will be available as DLC: Shigechi (voiced by Kappei Yamaguchi) and his stand Harvest, Kira Yoshikage (Rikiya Koyama) and his stand Killer Queen, Iggy (Shigeru Chiba) and his stand The Fool, and Pannacotta Fugo (Hisafumi Oda) and his stand Purple Haze (Hisao Egawa). Shigechi and Kira Yoshikage will be available starting August 29, and Iggy and Panacotta Fugo will be available starting September 12. The DLC for Shigechi, Iggy, and Pannacotta will cost 600 yen (about US$6) but will be half off until September 25.

Namco Bandai Games announced last week that consumers have placed more than 500,000 pre-orders for the new game. The game, which includes characters from across all eight parts of Hirohiko Araki's long-running JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga, will ship in Japan on August 29.

CyberConnect2 is developing the game, and the first copies of the limited and regular editions will both include a Hayato Kawajiri memo pad and a download code for Kira Yoshikage. There will also be a limited-number "Gold Experience Box" sets containing a gold art plate with an etching of Giorno Giovanna and Gold Experience by Araki in an acrylic case, a figure of Jōtarō Kujo and Star Platinum (that can be displayed with an August prize figure of Dio), and a soundtrack CD.

The regular edition will cost 7,980 yen (about US$80), while the limited-edition "Gold Experience Box" will cost 16,980 yen (about US$170).
