This year's 37th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing two more members of the voice cast of the anime adaptation of Naoshi Komi's Nisekoi manga on Monday:
Yūki Kaji (Guilty Crown's Shū, Attack on Titan's Eren) will play Shū Maiko (top), Raku's best friend, while Takehito Koyasu (Alice in the Country of Hearts: Wonderful Wonder World's Julius, Bakuman.'s Yoshida) plays Claude (bottom), the leader of the Beehive.
Other cast members include Kōki Uchiyama (Soul Eater, Shiki) as Raku Ichijō, Nao Tōyama (The World God Only Knows, The Devil Is a Part-Timer!) as Chitoge Kirisaki, Kana Hanazawa (Kobato., Steins;Gate) as Kosaki Onodera, Mikako Komatsu (Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, K) as Seishirō Tsugumi, and Yumi Uchiyama (Binbogami ga!, The Devil Is a Part-Timer!) as Ruri Miyamoto. The manga's Vomic (voiced comic) version featured Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Raku, Haruka Tomatsu as Chitoge, and Hisako Kanemoto as Kosaki. Akiyuki Shinbo will direct the anime at animation studio Shaft.
Komi first made Nisekoi as a one-shot manga in Shueisha's seasonal Jump NEXT! magazine in 2011. Komi then launched the manga as a regular series in the main Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in November 2011. Viz Media's English version of Shonen Jump began serializing the manga last year.
