Self-Defense Forces Recruiting Girl Speaks in Video by Girls & Panzer's Shimada

Name the mascot character drawn by Strike Witches' Humikane Shimada
The official website of the Japan Self-Defence Forces' Okayama Provincial Cooperation Office posted an introduction video on Monday. The video is hosted by the new image mascot character created by Humikane Shimada, the artist best known for Strike Witches and Girls und Panzer:
In the video she says: "Welcome to the homepage of the Okayama province! It covers the Self-Defense Forces and various other related matters. Check it out!"
The girl does not have a name yet, but the office is hoping to change that with a naming contest. From Tuesday until August 20, the office is accepting name suggestions for characters for all three branches (Land, Maritime, Air). The winning entries will be announced on August 30.
