Saki Episode of Side A Portable Game's Opening Streamed

The Gamer.ne.jp website began streaming the opening for Alchemist's mahjong PSP game Saki Episode of Side A Portable on Friday. The opening features "moment of glory," a new song written and arranged by ZAQ and sung by Miyuki Hashimoto.
The game recreates the mahjong battles from the anime. It will have fully voiced dialogue from over 20 characters — in both the story parts of the game and in the actual mahjong matches. The matches will feature over 300 CG cuts of the characters, and players can unlock costumes in Challenge Mode.
Gamer.ne.jp also unveiled the package design (pictured right) for the game's regular edition, decorated with the childhood friends Shizuno, Ako, and Nodoka. The limited edition will have a bonus CD with the "moment of glory" song.
The regular edition will retail for 7,140 yen (about US$72), while the limited and download editions will go for 9,429 yen (US$95) and 5,800 yen (US$58), respectively. All three will be available on August 29 in Japan.
