Attack on Titan's Opening Song Tops Japan's Karaoke Chart

The karaoke company JOYSOUND ranked the Attack on Titan opening theme — the TV size version of "Guren no Yumiya" by Linked Horizon — as number one on its list of top karaoke songs for the week of June 3-9. The week marked the song's karaoke version debut. Linked Horizon's single containing the song will not ship until July 10. JOYSOUND's official website for posting karaoke videos, Uta Suki Dōga, currently features more than 338 user-posted videos of the song.

Hatsune Miku's "Senbonzakura" also ranked at #3 for the week of June 3-9. Yoko Takahashi's "Cruel Angel's Thesis" from Neon Genesis Evangelion ranked at #6, and May'n's "Lion" from Macross Frontier ranked at #9.
