Funimation Reveals Haganai TV Anime's Dub Cast, Trailer
posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins
North American anime distributor Funimation announced at its A-Kon panel the dub cast for the Haganai school comedy television anime series and presented a video on Saturday:
The cast is as follows:
Kodaka Hasegawa - Jerry Jewell
Yozora Mikazuki - Whitney Rodgers
Sena Kashiwazaki - Jad Saxton
Rika Shiguma - Alexis Tipton
Yukimura Kusunoki - Ashleigh Domangue
Maria Takayama - Kristi Kang
Kobato Hasegawa - Alison Viktorin
Funimation had announced in January 2012 that it had acquired the broadcast, home entertainment, merchandising, mobile, and streaming rights for the series. Funimation and the video-streaming service Niconico streamed the series as it aired in 2011. Yomi Hirasaka and Buriki's original Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai light novels revolve around Kodaka — a half-Japanese/half-British transfer student whose delinquent-like blonde hair and fierce eyes scare people — and a seemingly perpetually sullen girl named Yozora. The two decide to form Rinjinbu, a club for misfits with hardly any friends. The light novels also inspired the sequel anime series Haganai NEXT, which Funimation streamed as it aired this year.
Funimation also revealed additional cast members for the Fairy Tail television anime series on Saturday. The additional cast, listed by Guild, are as follows:
Cait Shelter Guild Members
Wendy - Brittney Karbowski
Carla - Jad Saxton
Oracion Seis Guild Members
Cobra - Jarrod Greene
Brain - Philip Weber
Midnight - Micah Solusod
Angel - Lindsay Seidel
Racer - Jeff Plunk

Blue Pegasus Guild Members
Ren - Christopher Wehkamp
Hibiki - Aaron Dismuke
Eve - Daniel Litwin
Ichiya - Chris Guerrero
Lamia Scale Guild Members
Jura - Kent Williams
Sherry - Trina Nishimura
Lyon - Jerry Jewell
Funimation has been releasing the anime adaptation of Hiro Mashima's manga starring Todd Haberkorn as Natsu and Cherami Leigh as Lucy Heartfilia on DVD and Blu-ray Disc.
