Port of Gung Ho Ent.'s social "puzzle RPG" to ship in Japan this winter
The official YouTube channel for the Puzzle & Dragons video game series began streaming a promotional video on Tuesday for the upcoming Puzzle & Dragons Z video game for the Nintendo 3DS. The game was announced at the Puzzle & Dragons Fan Appreciation Festival 2013.
The original Puzzle & Dragons is a social puzzle game for iOS and Android devices. Gung Ho Online Entertainment released the "puzzle RPG" in Japan in February 2012, and in the U.S. in November 2012. The game has more than 12 million downloads in Japan, and won the top award at the Mobile Project Award 2012, and the top award in game design at the CEDEC Awards 2012. Gung Ho plans to release the Nintendo 3DS game this winter.
