David Hayter Says He Was Not Asked to Voice Metal Gear Solid V

Voice actor and writer David Hayter reported on Wednesday, after Hideo Kojima confirmed the Metal Gear Solid V game project, that he was not approached to reprise his Snake role. He said, "Well look, at least I had a good run." When a Twitter follower asked whether Hayter received an offer to voice Metal Gear Solid V, he responded, "Nope."

GameTrailers journalist Geoff Keighley reported on Wednesday that Kojima confirmed that Hayter is not in Metal Gear Solid V in an upcoming one-hour interview. When asked if Kojima said why Hayter will not be in the new project, Keighley said he will let the interview speak for itself.
