JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Gets More Candy, Snack Tie-Ins
posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins
The Japanese confection company Glico is again partnering with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure to create snacks and other goods inspired by Hirohiko Araki's manga series. This time the company will offer specially-packaged Almond Peak chocolates, Almond Crush chocolate bars, Caesar Salad-flavored thin Pretz stick snacks, Karujaga potato snacks, and Café au lait drinks. The goods will be available at Circle K Sunkus stores starting on February 15.
Those who purchase two of the goods will receive one of 15 JoJo's Bizarre Adventure postcards while supplies last. Those who spend at least 300 yen (US$3.20) on the snacks can mail away their receipt to be entered into a lottery to win one of 10 anime cels or one of 800 Circle K Sunkus pre-paid cards with a security sticker set.
Glico previously offered JoJo-themed Almond Crunch Bar ice cream bars, chocolates, Almond Crush bars, Giant Caplico treats, and Karujaga snacks last June.
