Tiger & Bunny Heroes Day PSP Game Revealed
posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins
The Japanese video game news website Famitsu revealed on Thursday that the Tiger & Bunny franchise is getting a second PlayStation Portable game.
The Tiger & Bunny ~Heroes Day~ adventure game will feature an original story and will feature all eight hero characters. All of the eight playable characters will have their own storyline to play in the game, and each storyline will cover the events of one day. Depending on the choices the player makes, the player earns "hero" and "personal" points, and the value of these points will determine how the game will end in each storyline. The game will also include a menu that will feature character illustrations, profiles, and event graphics.
Erika Yoshida, who was a scriptwriter for the original television anime series and is in charge of the story for Hiroshi Ueda's Tiger & Bunny: The Comic manga series, is handling the game's scenario.
D3 Publisher is developing the game, which is slated to ship in Japan in March 2013 for 6,090 yen (about US$73). A limited-edition version will ship for 8,800 yen (about US$106).
Famitsu is currently hosting more screenshots for the game.
Namco Bandai Games previously released the Tiger & Bunny On Air Jack! PSP game on September 20. That "TV show action" game featured fully-voiced cut-scenes based on the original animation footage.
