Tales of Hearts RPG Gets PS Vita Remake

Calcedny returns as party character; main scenario voiced with new story events, upgraded battle system
This year's 48th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is revealing on Monday that Namco Bandai Games is remaking its Nintendo DS role-playing game Tales of Hearts for the PS Vita system. Tales of Hearts R will have Calcedny Arcome, a former non-player character voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya, as a party character this time. Shing Meteoryte (Tetsuya Kakihara) will still be the protagonist, but the main scenario will be fully voiced with new story events. The battle system will also be upgraded.
Tales of Hearts R will ship next spring in Japan at a price to be determined.
