Jormungand Manga's Collaboration With Hit Game in the Works
posted on by Egan Loo
The October issue of Shueisha's Monthly Sunday GX magazine is revealing on Wednesday that a collaboration between Keitarō Takahashi's Jormungand manga and an unnamed, "hugely popular" game is in the works. According to the magazine, the game is "apparently the latest in an international hit first-person shooter franchise." The name of the game and the details of the collaboration are set to be announced during this week's Tokyo Game Show 2012.
The manga about a female arms dealer and her accomplices ended this year, and Viz Media will publish the 10th of its 11 volumes in North America next January. The manga already inspired an anime season that aired earlier this year, and the second season, Jormungand Perfect Order, will premiere on October 10.
