posted on by Joseph First
The official YouTube channel for the Gpara game news website is currently streaming a demonstration video for Japanese game developer Nihon Falcom's upcoming action role-playing game Ys: Celceta no Jukai. The title is slated for a September 27 Japanese release on the PlayStation Vita. The 175-second video demonstrates various gameplay features and displays the title's release details.
2012 marks the Ys franchise's 25th anniversary. During that time, the series has sold more than four million units worldwide. Ys: Celceta no Jukai will be available in standard and deluxe versions, priced at 7,140 yen (about US$91) and 8,925 yen (about US$114), respectively. The deluxe version will include an original drama CD, a soundtrack featuring songs from across the Ys franchise, and an "Adol's World Map cloth cleaner." An introductory trailer for the game was first revealed last September, coinciding with the 2011 Tokyo Game Show.
