posted on by Egan Loo

FamilyMart already teased and then revealed its "Mikuman" meat buns and "Peyoung Dabaa" yakisoba noodles earlier this month. Hatsune Miku "hijacked" four FamilyMart stores as part of her "Many 39s Giving Day" (Miku no Hi Dai-Kanshasai) concert event in March. FamilyMart also launched its crowdsourced Hatsune Miku promotional campaign in March.
Another Japanese musical phenomenon, AKB48, transformed into Balance Sentai Veggie Rangers to pitch Yasai Ichinichi Kore Ippon drinks.
