posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
Namco Bandai Games updated its main website with the first full-length promotional video of its Hunter x Hunter Wonder Adventure game on Monday. A previous 15-second commercial streamed last Thursday.
The new two-minute video highlights how the game recreates a Hunter's journey, complete with various story episodes and characters from the manga and anime. The game's ad hoc feature allows friends to collaborate in cooperative play on two PSPs.
Bandai will release Hunter x Hunter's first PSP game on September 20 for 5,230 yen (about US$66). People who pre-order will receive a "Wonder Hunter License," with product codes to download a rookie hunter's custom theme and an interchangeable special costume.
Yoshihiro Togashi launched the original Hunter x Hunter adventure manga in 1998, and the series has inspired two television anime series, several original video anime, and an upcoming film.
