Sequel to iOS game that has players tapping out lyrics in sync with Vocaloid music
Japanese game developer Sega revealed on Wednesday that it will launch Miku Flick 2, the sequel to its rhythm game based on the songs of Vocaloid idol Hatsune Miku, on the iPhone and other iOS devices "soon."
In the first Miku Flick game, not only does the player have to tap in sync with the music, but also "flick" across Japanese characters to spell out the lyrics. The game has more than one difficulty mode for beginners to experienced players. Sega released the single-player game for 1,200 yen (about US$15) for the iPhone and other iOS devices in Apple's App Store in Japan on March 9. The developer then released Miku Flick for US$13.99 in the App Store in the United States in April:
