Tiger & Bunny Super-Deformed Figures' 2nd Promo Streamed
posted on by Jennifer Sherman
Bandai began streaming the second promotional video on Monday for its super-deformed figures of the Tiger & Bunny characters Barnaby and Kotetsu. In the 102-second video, some of Kotetsu's Chinese-style fried rice goes missing, and Barnaby helps him find it.
Bandai posted the super-deformed figures' first promotional video last Monday. Voice actors Masakazu Morita and Hiroaki Hirata discuss the series' chibi-arts figure line as their characters Barnaby and Kotetsu in the videos.
The figures are 10 centimeters tall and will retail for 3,465 yen (about US$43). They will each include a variety of interchangeable parts and accessories. The Kotetsu figure will ship on June 30, and the Barnaby figure will ship in July.
The Bandai Premium retail website is also offering the line's Kriem character figure. Chibi-arts figures of the anime's characters Blue Rose and Dragon Kid shipped in Japan earlier this year.
Gekijō-ban Tiger & Bunny -The Beginning-, the franchise's first anime film, will open in theaters in Japan on September 22.
