Japanese rock band L'Arc-en-Ciel opened voting to decide the cities on their next world tour on Sunday. The voting comes after the band recently wrapped their L'Arc-en-Ciel 20th L'Anniversary World Tour 2012 in Honolulu, Hawai'i. The tour also marked a historic first when L'Arc-en-Ciel became the first Japanese rock band to headline Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Interested readers can visit the L'Arc-en-Ciel official website to cast a vote for their preferred city. Since voting opened, 52,820 votes have been submitted.
The band's most recent album "Butterfly" became available in the U.S. on February 8 via iTunes. The album included the singles "Good Luck My Way" from Fullmetal Alchemist: The Star of Milos film. L'Arc-en-Ciel has also performed theme songs for the Fullmetal Alchemist television anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Moribito - Guardian of the Spirit, and Rurouni Kenshin.
