Xbox 360 game's QR codes let players unlock "secret" features, new character
The European arm of Namco Bandai Games began streaming the second promotional video for its Dragon Ball Z for Kinect game on the Xbox 360 console on Thursday. The 102-second video highlights the fighting game's Quick Response (QR) code feature that will allow players to unlock content such as characters and powerups.
In the franchise's latest game, players will control characters through the Kinect motion sensor. The game will include 50 playable characters, more than 100 moves, and 30 minutes of new anime footage. "Secret" features and a new character will be available through the game's more than 20 QR codes.
Namco Bandai will release the game in North America and Europe this October.
