Pop Duo PuffyAmiYumi's Yumi Yoshimura Reveals Pregnancy

Musician Yumi Yoshimura of the pop duo Puffy (PuffyAmiYumi outside Japan) announced on the duo's website on Sunday that she will become a mother this summer. She is discussing with her musical partner Ami Onuki and their staff about her work during this period.
Puffy has contributed theme songs for anime such as Usagi Drop, Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, and Naruto Shippūden: Hi no Ishi o Tsugumono. The duo also voice acted in the ninth episode of Usagi Drop, which first aired in Japan on September 1.
The American cartoon Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, which ran from 2004 to 2006, was based on the musical lives of the duo. Puffy performed the theme song for that show as well as for Cartoon Network's Teen Titans animated series.
The duo's latest single "Tomodachi no Wow!," which will be the ending theme song for the April television anime Shimajirō no Wow!, will ship in Japan on May 23.
