Namco Bandai Games Europe began streaming the next installment of its "GENERATIONS' Tournament" for the upcoming Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm GENERATIONS game. The tournament, which pits various groups of Naruto characters from across the franchise's timeline, showcases its gameplay as well as its large roster of more than 70 characters. The first semifinal round pits "Jinchuriki" against the "Duo of Fate":
CyberConnect2's new game has more than 65 minutes of new anime sequence from the television anime's Studio Pierrot. Like in previous games in the series, players can host online tournaments with other people, in addition to the standalone story mode. The updated battle system now features faster gameplay as well as new moves and battle modes from later installments of the Naruto storyline.
Bandai Namco Games already released Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm GENERATIONS in Japan on February 23. The game is slated for a North America release on March 13 and one in Europe on March 30. Pre-orders in Europe will receive a soundtrack CD with "the first official rap single of Killer Bee."
