Studio 4°C Animates Downloadable Content for Asura's Wrath Game

The anime company Studio 4°C is producing footage for the downloadable content of CAPCOM's action game Asura's Wrath. The downloadable content is titled "Episode 11.5: Ano Chikara wa Mazui" (That Power is Terrible, pictured right) and "Episode 15.5 Aonisai" (The Novice, pictured left). According to Game Watch, Episode 15.5 is not traditional animation, since the player can control the character during it.
Cyber Connect 2 (Naruto: Ultimate Ninja, .hack, Solarobo) and producer Kazuhiro Tsuchiya developed Asura's Wrath. The story follows Asura, a god who has been stripped of his powers as he attempts to rescue his kidnapped daughter.
CAPCOM will release the game in Japan on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles on Thursday at a retail price of 6,990 yen (about US$90). CAPCOM is releasinh the game in North America on Tuesday and will then release the game in Europe on Friday.
