posted on by Justin Sevakis
Japanese gaming news website 4Gamer began streaming a 15-minute walkthrough of early scenes of the new PlayStation Vita game Gravity Rush (or Gravity Daze, as it is named in the Japanese market).
IGN previously posted a two-minute trailer for the game. The video gives viewers the usual gameplay footage, side-by-side with some live-action filler. Information on the release date and price points can also be seen near the end.
Gravity Rush follows an amnesia-stricken young woman who names herself Kat after a strange feline gives her control over gravity. She traverses a city called Hekseville, which is made up of hi-tech city of pointed skycrapers and dusty skies. Using the PS Vita's gyro-sensor and the game's gravity switch, players can suspend gravity at any time, causing Kat to float and turn in the air.
Gravity Rush is the latest project from Silent Hill director Keiichirō Toyama. Sony Computer Entertainment released it on Thursday in Japan.
