PlayStation Awards 2011 Streamed

The Twitter account for the PlayStation Awards 2011 revealed on Wednesday that Sony will stream the award ceremony live on Ustream on Monday, December 5 starting at 4:30 p.m in Japan (2:30 a.m. EST).

The annual award ceremony has been held since 1995. The following games won awards at the event last year:

Gold Prize (for shipping more than 500,000 units in Japan):

• Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G (PSP the Best version)

• Yakuza 4
• Hokuto Musō (Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage)
• Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
• Monster Hunter Diary: Poka Poka Airu Village

• Wizardry: Dungeon of the Imprisoned Souls
