Tokyo Evangelion Store Displays Unidentified Characters

Silhouettes of unknown characters appear on newly opened store's rear wall
The Evangelion Store Tokyo-01 opened on Wednesday with a mysterious painting of character silhouettes on a rear wall. Many of the silhouettes, particularly on the righthand side, are recognizable as the main characters Mari, Asuka, Rei, Gendō, Shinji, Fuyutsuki, and Kaworu (right to left). However, several characters on the lefthand side are not identifiable as previously known characters.
The Evangelion Store Tokyo-01 opened in Tokyo's Harajuku district as a permanent storefront dedicated only to Evangelion goods. Evangelion Shin Gekijō-ban Q Quickening, the third film in Hideaki Anno and Khara's four-part remake of Gainax's Neon Genesis Evangelion anime series, will open in Japan in next fall.
