posted on by Kimberly Grace
Konami began streaming a second trailer for tri-Ace's Frontier Gatevideo game last Thursday. The four-minute trailer provides information on the game's features, and also features gameplay clips, clips from cut scenes, and shots of the game's character modification mode. The trailer notes that a demo for the game is available now on the game's official website.
In Frontier Gate, up to three players can join together for ad-hoc gameplay using six characters, as each player controls a lead warrior and his or her partner. The game has three different storylines, and the story changes as the player makes new friendships.
Frontier Gate is tri-Ace's debut PSP game. The developer is known for the Star Ocean video game franchise and the Resonance of Fate video game. Tri-Ace is also currently developing the game Beyond the Labyrinth. The UMD version of Frontier Gate, available on December 22, will sell for 5,250 yen (US$68), and a downloadable version will cost 4,800 yen (US$62).
Konami previously streamed a teaser trailer for the game in June and two additional gameplay videos in August.
